Barb is always helpful and responsive to our needs. We moved to Denver and found our condo rental through Cliffdwellers. They've been very helpful to us during our transition to this new city. We are able to pay our rent through their website each month and have never experienced any issues with this property management team. Thanks for all your help, Cliffdwellers!

My husband and I have been leasing through Cliffdwellers for over two years now have have truly appreciated all of the assistance that they have provided for us! This past weekend we had an incident where our dog was locked in our apartment while we were out of town, i realize this is terrible, however, Tony went out of his way in the middle of a snowstorm to let her out for us and let our dog sitter into our unit! We could not be more grateful!

I rent and it has been a good experience because they hardly bother you. They also respond quickly to maintenance requests. I would give 5 stars, but the emails they send read very rude, as if they could care less....come on people have some decent customer service and pretend to be friendly.

The team at Cliffdwellers is excellent in the property management of our units. When I say they are excellent things break, pipes leak, tenants move out, etc. But what I like about the team at Cliffdwellers is that they go above and beyond what I have experienced with other property management companies in trying to rectify the problem. I look at a company not at how they perform when things are going right but how they act when things go wrong. They care about you the landlord and your property. When things happen as they will occur in this business, they keep you informed of what has happened, how it will be managed or fixed and then let you know when it's done. If you are looking for a property management agency that will take care of your property but also caring for your tenants, so that they have an enjoyable experience then we have been happy with Cliffdwellers. Happy tenants, I have found translates into longer term tenants. I have been jubilant with Cliffdweller’s management of my properties and have not found another agency that does what Cliffdwellers does; that is why I have them managing multiple properties.

The team at Cliffdwellers are the best in the business. I have personally worked with dozens of property managers over the years and their service is unmatched. They have great communication, are quick to respond to issues and above all else they are professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a great property manager.

My husband and I contacted Jason at Cliff Dwellers regarding renting a loft space downtown. He was able to meet with us quickly (same day) at a specific unit we were interested in and facilitate negotiations with the owner with a great deal. I would recommend Cliff Dwellers to anyone and definitely use them again in the future.

I rented with Cliffdwellers over the past year, a wonderful condo at Waterside Lofts. They were always quick to respond to my requests (I only had a couple maintenance questions). Also, their tenant portal was easy to use and to submit my rent payments online. I don't have a paper checkbook anymore, so it was great to have this option, so easy!

Been using Cliffdwellers to rent out my extra adjacent LODO loft since 1999, before they moved their office to its current location underneath Palace Lofts. Barb, Tony, and the leasing team have always done a great job quickly getting the place rented, screening for good tenants and making sure tenants are aware of sensitive HOA issues like using visitor parking space, getting property cleaned up between renters, and making sure tenant repairs are properly handled in a timely manner. I typically travel a lot for work and it is great knowing the Cliffdwellers team always has my back when I am away!

I am a landlord of a loft in downtown Denver in the Lodo area. I lived in the loft for 8 years before deciding to lease it. I found Cliffdwellers and did an interview with them. Tony, Jason, and Barb have been very helpful, professional, and responsive when needed. I have had my loft leased for the past 2 years through Cliffdwellers and must say it has been a good experience thus far. Their website is very easy to use and is updated with information on a timely basis. I would certainly recommend them to others.

My husband and I leased an apartment for about 1 year with Cliffdwellers. Overall, we had a great experience. I really appreciated the way they handled service requests. I liked their online portal; everything is in writing and well-documented. Mike O'Neal was very kind and accommodating both when we were considering renting and when showing our place to new renters. Barb is professional and always follows up. We had kind of an stressful experience with our move-out and were reminded that we should always over-document issues (including cleanliness) on move-in documents. I would not recommend their preferred cleaning vendors. In the end everything worked out. We moved for personal reasons unrelated to Cliffdwellers. We loved our place!

Clifffwellers is a very professional real estate management company. I have had several property managers, and they are by far my favorite. They are up to date with all laws and make sure that both the landlord and tenants are protected. The owner Tony is always willing to jump in and solve any issue as needed. I would recommend this agency to anyone looking for straight laced real estate professionals!

Mike and Melissa were extremely attentive landloards and I could not have had a better experience renting with them. Our apartment was exceptionally clean when we moved in and they always kept up maintenance on our property. Any questions my partner and I had about our unit were always answered promptly and we truly enjoyed every interaction we had with our landlords. Cliffdwellers - great for landlords I had my rental property with Cliffdwellers for a number of years. They handled the management wonderfully. Barb was always amazing getting backup paperwork if you needed it. When I went to sell, Jason and Tony did a wonderful job with that as well.

Great experience so far with Tony and Barb at Cliffdwellers. They are managing our townhome in Berkeley since Jan 2017. They have been professional, helpful, friendly, and proactive. We got a good tenant in a reasonable time and they have taken care of a few move-in issues very smoothly. I feel the place is in good hands.

Very disappointed in how misinformed I was. I was led to believe multiple things: 1. I was informed that there was a strict time limit for the applicant before me to make a decision, he was given an extra day due to "boss being out of town" 2. I was not informed that the boss was out of town THE DAY OF the strict time limit of decision even though I was adamantly trying to find out what the result was. 3. There would be no FURTHER (already made several) contract negotiations or language changes in order to make the applicant finally sign. I was willing to sign right away but was screwed out of the opportunity for an incredible situation because I was misinformed on multiple things and the applicant was catered to way more than he/she was supposed to be.
